When I last visited this magical land, I coined it, 'the land that time forgot'. The days stretched out as long as the gorgeous sandy beaches. A stroll through the jungle at Manuel Antonio park, delectable meals while consciously connecting with others, and a splash in the Pacific Ocean can all be part of your day here in Costa Rica!

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellations received before December 1, 2016 will result in a 25% cancellation fee of total cost of retreat. Any cancellations received by February 1, 2017 will result in 50% cancellation fee of total cost of retreat. Any cancellation received after February 1, 2017 will result in 100% of cost of retreat. Dreams Do Come True Yoga & Mediation Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat in the event that the minimum is not met. In the event the retreat is cancelled by Dreams Do Come True Yoga & Meditation Retreat, all money will be refunded. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended in the event of an emergency.

Arrange your flight so you arrive in San Jose no later than 7pm on Sunday. If you arrive early, feel free to explore San Jose and meet back at airport for pickup by 7pm
If you don't eat this or that, no worries! Your chef will consider and accomodate your eating needs. Let your hostess know so she can communicate those needs to your chef
What food is local to Costa Rica? Let's find out as we gather for our own private cooking lesson! Yes, one evening, your chef will teach you how to prepare local fare delightful vegatarian meal and then we will partake!

Your own private chef will prepare fresh plant based vegatarian meals for your stay. Wild spinach stuffed with cauliflower, watermelon salsa with chips, quinoa and swiss chard rolls and vegan sushi are just a few of the delicibles you might taste during your stay!
